R25 000 – R30 000 plus Commission Cape Town Our client, specialising in Road Freight transportation services is currently looking for experienced New Business Sales Reps in Cape Town. These salespeople will be responsible for securing new clients, thus requires candidates that are hungry & passionate about chasing sales targets. Responsibilities:Responsible for securing new clientsGenerating leads and scheduling meetingsManage pipeline to ensure conversion rate is applied and revenue generated to reach targetsComfortable with presenting to clientsMaster and understand market trendsProven success in your sales abilityMeet and exceed targetsConvert new relationships into repeat business.Negotiate with the clients and prospective clientsBe able to execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying and closing deals.Promote the services and productsHigh administrative capabilityRecord and report on customer details / sales visitsEnsure weekly /monthly reports are up to date and submitted on time as required by business. Requirements:Grade 12, relevant tertiary qualification would be an added advantageOwn vehicleMinimum 3 years sales experience in road freight only (not negotiable) Personality and Attributes:Strong hunter profile and well-versed sellerTechnically savvy, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsWilling and able to travelMust have own vehicleExceptional work ethicDogmatic & passionate about winning new business
