Do you have a passion for sales and helping businesses thrive?

We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Telesales Caller to join our team! You'll be responsible for contacting new leads in the African food processing industry, generating enquiries for our cutting-edge magnetic separators and optical sorters, and helping grow the business. Any technical experience with machinery or industrial experience is a plus. Potentially visiting clients in the future as well.

In this role, you'll:

• Prospect and qualify new leads via phone

• Deliver engaging sales pitches to convert leads into enquiries

• Build relationships with potential customers

• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets

We're looking for someone who is:

• A self-starter with a drive to succeed

• Excellent at communication and building rapport over the phone

• Not afraid of making calls and reaching out to new contacts

• A team player with a positive and energetic attitude

• A fast learner who can quickly grasp new information (technical experience with industrial machinery is a plus!)

We offer:

• Competitive base salary of R10000 per month(R2500 weekly) and can grow to R4000 a week if targets are met

• Opportunity for growth within the company

• Remote work environment (you'll need your own laptop and headset)
