Our Client in Retail is looking for a Store Manager based in NelspruitMinimum requirements:Previous experience as a Store Manager Responsible for the day-to-day running of the entire store, inventory, sales and sales-related activities Keeping customers happy and maximising sales and profitabilityResponsible for excellent customer service in all aspects Opening and closing of the storeEnsuring that staff understands all policies and procedures, and all agreements are signed accordinglyCashing up/banking and General Admin of the store when necessaryChecking/allocating and answering the online questions and queries Sell add-ons from the till points where applicableManage and adjust Register for any cleaning / coffee bar stock and shopping as requiredManage all petty cash Pay-outs and ensure weekly submitting to FinanceMaintain Weekly Payments Register to Finance, ensure all invoices are submitted timeouslyManage the attendance register according to company standards
