Description
Experienced Artisan Bread baker
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Artisan Bread baker to join our bakery team. Prior experience is essential. Candidates must be able to prove experience in Artisan bread baking from scratch.
Duties include
- Development and production of sourdough and speciality bread products (croissants, sourdough breads, sourdough ciabattas, etc)
- Baking of all standard daily bread lines
- New product development
- Training of fellow bakers in artisan baking
- Cleaning
