Mercedes Vito/Viano Manual 6 speed gear box Lever, gets worn and loose over time on High Mileage vehicles. This causes problems shifting into 2nd gear and also sometimes reverse. Please also note there can also be other reasons for a Vito not shifting into 2nd and reverse. Could also be loose bracket or a cable adjustment. Worst case are worn parts in the gearbox, but this is a cheap point to start. Our new stock has switched to a Gray colour part (previously White) as this material is longer lasting.
