Looking for 2 bedroomed cat friendly granny flat

2 friends, both mature, a guy and a gal, are looking for an unfurnished pet friendly garden flat, granny flat or cottage, in Bothasig or Edgemead, immediately. Would like a bathroom with both a bath and a shower, which can be over the bath. There must be access via windows and gates for 2 chilled kitties who are both indoor and outdoor kitties. They are social creatures and like to make friends, just like we do.

Budget is between R7500 to R8500, plus utilities plus elec.
