Antique Edwardian Oak Cigarettes Box 2 Compartments Table Top Humidor

Fine Quality Wood Cigarette Box dating to the early 1900s.
this antique oak humidor was used to store cigarettes on an after dinner table. Adorned with brass straps and corners it has a center carrying handle for easy transport.

These are often described as Humidors and well known as such but unless you put an actual ''Hygrometer'' inside to measure and maintain the humidity within the box it serves just for normal storage.

This piece would make a beautiful desktop display and could be used for other storage. From 1900.

This would suit any vintage kitchen, man cave or Edwardian style property. A great housewarming or early birthday gift idea.

The Box is white metal bound with two sections labeled for cigarettes.

The interior is Cedar lined to keep the contents fresh.

very nice original antique condition with some age wear and few small scratches.
