Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with industry regulations.

✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

Preferred Qualifications, but not a deal breaker:

 Previous experience in debt collection, preferably within debt review or credit collections.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
