JUNIOR ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
As a Junior Administrative Coordinator your role will involve providing support to ensure efficient operations within the organisation. The ideal candidate should possess high attention to detail, robust organisational skills, strong communication abilities and is passionate and energetic in order to support the organisation’s overall business strategy. Additionally, being proactive, resourceful and able to prioritise tasks effectively will help you excel in this role.

Correspondence:
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Meeting Coordination
Travel Arrangements
Document Preparation
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative .
Client and Vendor Communication: Serving as a point of contact for clients,
vendors and other external parties. This may involve answering queries,
providing information and facilitating communication between parties.
Problem Solving: Assisting in resolving administrative issues.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all administrative activities.
Special Projects: Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, which may involve research, analysis and coordination efforts.
· Matric Certificate / NQF Level
· 1-2years of experience in an administrative role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.
