You will need to be a strong person, that is able to hold their own in conflict situations as well as be a strong influencer and communicator. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Accounting Tertiary qualification. 5 years + experience in a similar role. Must have experience performing full accounting functions bookkeeping to trial balance and able to prepare management accounts Experience with IQ accounting package, Microsoft Office Strong personality.
