We're seeking a skilled Laser Cutter Nester/Programmer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our laser cutting process, ensuring efficient material usage and top-notch production.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize laser cutting nesting software to create optimal layouts for parts on sheet metal.
• Prioritize minimizing scrap and maximizing material utilization.
• Program the laser cutter for efficient cutting paths, reducing wasted movement and optimizing cutting time.
• Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy in nesting and programming.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest nesting software features and best practices.
• May assist with minor machine setup and maintenance (depending on experience).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using laser cutting nesting software (e.g., Lantek, RADAN, Bysoft, etc.).
• Strong understanding of laser cutting principles and capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
