Flooding, which has occurred in the past, has never flooded the lands in the past 15 years.The â??dammingâ? is due to a massive rock outcrop feature in the river on the border of the property forming an artificial dam.The width of the river is 80m wide in dry periods and roughly 1.6m deep (1.2 to 2.2m where measured). During high rainfall periods, the river can be 140m wide.RIVER CAMPThe River camp is 112ha in extent with the majority being arable land. This is the ideal site to plant an irrigation crop.
