This well-located table grapes farm outside Paarl covers an area of 120 ha. The property has been established to 64,4 ha table grapes and 8,5 ha wine grapes. The terroir is good for viticulture and topography consists of undulating to partially inclined portions of land (inclines are not more than 15% along the hillsides). The farm has a typical Mediterranean climate where hail is not known to occur often.

It has reinforced concrete floors which houses an office complex, a fruit classing / selection room, a main packing area, boxing material storage rooms and a pre-cooler cool room section for storage of packed fruit.
