I'm selling a land in Tshwane district. The land has a dam and a river crossing in it. It portrays spaces whichc are good for ploughing, grazing and in some parts of it you can can do soil business for it has quary, sands and pitsands. in total the land is 2200 hectare's but still we can cut it to the size you require for any project you may want to do with the land, The la is a tribal authority land which i bought sometime ago and it surrounds townships and small towns. in some areas that nears townships and developed areas with services you can cut the land and resale as stands. Prices depends on the sizes you want and the part of the land you choose for that particular purposes
