This 186 ha pig farm in die Heilbron district is sold as a going concern and include all pigs and implements.

The farm is located 12 km from Heilbron and offers the following:
An intensive pig farm that has been operating since 1994 and has produced excellent genetic material. (Landrace, Large White and Duroc)
There are 208 sowing units, but it is possible to farm with approximately 250 - 300 sows. Breeding sows and weaners are bred.

The pig housing consists of 8 units (breeding, maternity, weaning, growth and finishing units) that are used in different stages of production. This housing is covered, with cement floors, a good sewer and drainage system, air ventilation and water nipple drinking system.

There are 1 000 - 1500 pigs included in the purchase: 175 breeding sows, 10 boars and 852 - 1 352 pigs in different growth stages.

170 ha Light loam soils where mainly maize and beans are planted. The long-term average maize yield is 5+ tons per hectare. Currently, there is established planted pasture on ± 55 ha of the lands. (44 ha eragrostis and 12 ha kikuyu).

In the past 100 Arabian horses were farmed on the eragrostis lands and the kikuyu was used for sheep grazing.

The average rainfall is 650 mm per year.
There is good water supply from 6 equipped boreholes, as well as a strong fountain that feeds a large earth dam. There are various other smaller earth dams and cement dams.

2 Large sheds: Part of which is converted into horse stables (18) and storage rooms.
