e-Learning Quality Assessor - This role is suited for individuals with a meticulous and discerning approach to assessing and elevating eLearning content within the LMS. We are seeking someone with exceptional analytical skills , a keen eye for detail and good digital literacy skills for navigating various online learning platforms. The perfect fit for this position is passionate about education, enjoys teaching, possesses strong English skills (written and verbal), and has extremely high levels of attention to detail.

o Review & assess and evaluate the quality of eLearning content and materials developed by subject matter experts in a wide range of industries.

o Review & assess and evaluate the quality of eLearning content on the LMS, focusing on layout, presentation, user experience, accuracy, and overall functionality.

o Conduct thorough reviews of instructional content to ensure alignment with instructional design principles and adherence to quality standards.

o Collaborate with instructional designers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhancement in the eLearning materials.

o Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements to maintain high-quality standards in the online learning environment.

o Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness of eLearning materials.

o Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of analytical tools for accurate reporting on the performance and usage of eLearning content.

o Collaborate with the eLearning team to stay informed about new technologies, solutions, and best practices in the eLearning community.

o Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations regarding eLearning quality and usability.

o Address and resolve quality-related issues raised by users.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and providing guidance on enhancing eLearning content.

Skills:

o Strong digital literacy skills

o Extremely strong English skills (Ability to identify and correct punctuation, grammar, sentence structure etc

o Good communication skills

o Collaborative

o Extremely high attention to detail for identifying errors and ensuring adherence to quality standards

o Creative

o Copy editing skills is advantageous
