Senior Technicians with IT, Printer, PABX & CCTV experience

A well-established IT solutions company seeks to employ a qualified Technician for our Montague Gardens branch. Only candidates with proven extensive IT knowledge will be considered (this will be tested).

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and installing new printers & copiers
• Providing routine service and maintenance
• Writing diagnostic reports
• Providing demonstrations & customer training
• Providing excellent customer support and service
• Managing schedules and customer emergencies
• Keeping abreast of all the latest technologies & practices in the industry

Requirements:

• Must have proven extensive IT knowledge and experience
• 3 years+ experience in Printers & Copier servicing & installations
• Must have own vehicle to use for work
• Computer Literate
• Detailed knowledge of computer & copier management software
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• Must be neat and presentable at all times
