Westcode/IXYS Assymetric thyristors-capsules types

Introducing a new product range in Westcode's portfolio. Devices are available up to a voltage of 2800V. They exhibit very fast turn-on times and are capable of very nhigh values of both critical di/dt and dv/dt. For the device type , they also exhibit high current ratings in excess of 1000A. Part numbers include A0516YC200, A0516YC240, A0516YC280 with a current rating rating of 516 A. Another range with part numbers A1237NC200, A1237N240, A1237N280 with a current rating of 1 237A.
