Job Opportunity: Native German Speakers for Call Center Positions

Location: CapeTown

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday

- Rotational shifts on Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

- Native German speaker

- Fluent in both German and English, verbal and written

- Proficient in computer skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Prior call center experience is advantageous
