I’m looking for a flatmate. I already stay in the unit, so I’m looking for someone to share with preferably someone who meets the following description: -Male young professional -Will not share the bedroom / stay with someone else -Doesn’t smoke -Clean and respects complex rules This is a two bedroom apartment in a complex situated in Sanddrift. Close by amenities include: -Canal Walk (5 mins) -Sable square (5 mins) -Gym (Zonefitness / Virgin Active - 5 mins) -MyCiti bus stop / Taxi rank (5 mins) The rent amount will be split between two of us, and ranges between R4000 - R4500 per person . The estate management will assess your application for affordability and will do credit and criminal checks. This a well secured complex with 24 hour security, a laundry and Braai facilities available for use.
