The house is open plan with a spacious lounge, dining room & kitchen. All have amazing views over the canal, tennis court & swimming pool. The lounge has a large white leather lounge suite and 2 hanging chairs. There is a fireplace for those long winter days. The dining room table seats 10.

The kitchen:

There is a large and well equipped kitchen with a separate scullery/laundry & walk in pantry. There is a gas hob with extractor, convection microwave & electric oven. The central island workstation seats 6. There is a fridge/freezer with cold water & ice. Other appliances include a toaster, snackwich maker, mixer, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso maker. The walk in pantry has a second fridge and chest freezer & safe. Scullery/Laundry has a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier.

Bedrooms:

The home sleeps up to 10 in 5 en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have views onto the canals. Clean white linen is provided with down duvets and feather pillows. The outside flat has a separate lounge, dining area & kitchenette.

Prime canal location with 60m of frontage, a private tennis court, gym, mini cricket net & swimming pool. Outside under cover patio has a table for all fresco dining. Another under cover area with big wood burning stainless steel braai. There are panoramic vies over the wooden deck, pool, tennis court & canals. There is a gym that is well equipped that looks onto the tennis court & canals. There are 4 complimentary kayaks with paddles. There is a boat mooring/jetty with a jet ski dock and 50m of canal frontage. The property is enclosed with boundary walls. There is a pool net and pool fencing to close off the canals if required.
