A lovely entertainment area with umbrellas, veranda furniture and loungers to relax around the sparkling blue pool (net provided). The cottage sleeps 10 in 4 comfortable bedrooms with linen, bath and beach towels provided, 3 bedrooms have Queen sized Henwood's beds, 5 star hospitality rated & AC. The house is serviced, provides a Weber and charcoal braai, an active DSTV card and decoder, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable surroundings. No stairs in the house. The property is secured with palisade fencing, a gate, security beams, an alarm and armed response. There are no garages but the property is flat with ample parking and cars are secured by security beams. There is a flat lawn on which little ones can kick a ball when not splashing in the pool or building sand-castles on the beach. Enjoy the beach directly in front of the house via a direct access path or stroll to the main beach. There is parking at the main beach for the early bird or those who prefer the short drive.

Inside the house you will find: Open plan lounge, a large bar, dining room, kitchen and separate scullery/laundry. The living area flows out onto the veranda and pool. Kitchen: well equipped, all cutlery and crockery provided, microwave, hob and eye level oven, 2x fridge/freezer and chest freezer AND a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). Laundry facilities: washing machine and windy dryer . Pets by prior arrangement only.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 1st Bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed and 1 single bed & AC, 2nd Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed with AC. 3rd Bedroom with Queen sized bed & AC, 4th Bedroom with 2 Single beds & fan. All bedrooms have either ceiling fans or standing fans. There are 3 bathrooms, Bedroom 1 & 2 inter lead into a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Additionally there are 2 separate bathrooms: 1st Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, 2nd Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Daily staff levy: R250.. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
