7 GLEN DRIVE, Zinkwazi Beach

This is a beautiful upmarket home. It is ideal for in-door-out-door living and family holidays. It has great sea views and is tastefully furnished and well equipped. Light and fresh, all open plan and very spacious, a home away from home.

The house offers DSTV, Wi-Fi, braai facilities, it is serviced and is secured by fencing, gates, beams and armed response. There are rechargeable lights, a small invertor for TV and Wi-Fi and a gas hob for cooking. The pool is netted with a deck which can be covered or open for the sun lovers. There is an enclosed level garden for kiddies, at the front of the house and a smaller lawn at the back near the pool.

The main living area is open plan. It offers a sun/reading lounge with views, a formal lounge with TV and a casual lounge near the pool, enough space for all. There is plenty of dining space, formal, and casual near the pool. The back of the house opens onto the pool which makes the house fresh and breezy. Kitchen: well equipped with Oven, microwave, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery.

There is secure parking with in the property. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and hanging space.

For beach access you could drive and park at the main beach OR use the set of stairs between Glen and Nkwazi drive which will deliver you at the entrance to the main beach.

The home sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms have AC. All rooms have built-in cupboards, hangers, ceiling fans and linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own pool and beach towels.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 1st Bedroom: Main bedroom: King size bed, on-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. This room opens onto the front garden with views from the deck and has a separate area with a TV. 2nd bedroom: Double bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom with Double bed, on-suite with basin, toilet and shower. 4th Bedroom: 2 single beds and the use of a full separate bathroom.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Admin fee once off. R250 per night
Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: ONLY RENTED IN DEC/JAN.
Peak season:
A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year.
Alternatively:
10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR
10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.
Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be accepted once the owner has their primary booking confirmed AND @ the owners discretion.
