The house is situated approximately 50 m from the shore, within the gated coastal estate. The house is located near the famous splash rock and several golf courses are within reach. For coffee lovers there is the Beaver Creek coffee farm a short drive away and the shopping centre is within two kilometres while the Wild Coast Sun is a mere eight minute drive away. Please note that this is not a double storey house, the main house is on the ground floor while the top level is for private use by the owner. The owner will however not be on the premises when in use. There is no garage available but there is open secure parking. Regrettably no pets allowed.
