Boschenmeer is the home of the Paarl Golf Club, on which this luxurious three-bedroom house is located. Situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands, Paarl is steeped in history, surrounded by picturesque mountains and vineyards, and offers some of the most fabulous golf courses that South Africa has to offer.

The area is one of outstanding natural beauty, comprising of natural lakes, emerald-green rivers, and towering mountain views from the house and every hole on the course. Being the only 27-hole golf course in the Western Cape, guests are assured of a challenging course built in harmony with nature, providing a simply stunning experience.

Paarlgolf can accommodate up to six guests in three luxurious double bedrooms, two of which boast balconies, perfect for watching the mountains glow red whilst you sip a glass of wine and watch the end of another beautiful day. The main bedroom is en-suite and there is also a second family shower room and toilet. Linen and towels are provided for added convenience.

The open-plan lounge contains a TV with DStv and a DVD player, while the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and cooker. There is also direct access to the garage containing washing machine and tumble dryer. The private garden includes braai facilities and patio furniture, and an electric garage and two private parking spaces are provided for guests' use.

In addition, the house also has access to tennis courts, children's play area and a large swimming pool shared by the estate, essential for those glorious summer days.

Paarl is easily accessible, being just 18 km from Cape Town International Airport and a short drive to the bustling heart of Cape Town, the V & A Waterfront. It is cradled in the picturesque Berg River Valley, between the second largest granite outcrop in the world and the towering Du Toitskloof Mountains. Mountains, rivers, rich flora, magnificent panoramic views and a rich cultural and architectural heritage contribute to making Paarl a truly unique tourist destination.
