At this exclusive beach house, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please take note of our check-in policy:
- Monday to Thursday: check-in between 14h00 and 17h00
- Friday: check-in between 14h00 and 19h00
- Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: check-in between 14h00 and 16h00

During high season, which includes Easter and the Jazz festival, the check-in time is strictly at 15h00. However, if you have any special requests or require a different arrangement, please contact our office and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Please be aware that any late arrivals beyond the designated check-in time will incur a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof. This fee will be deducted from the refundable Key & Breakage deposit, and as a valued guest, you hereby give your consent for this deduction to be made.
