Situated on the Garden Route between Klein Brakrivier and Groot Brakrivier, Tergniet is near local shopping centre in Fraaiuitsig / Reebok superrette, and a short drive from Hartenbos and George.
The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, and comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.
Main bedroom - Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom (Bath / shower / basin and toilet). Built-in cupboards.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms - 2 single beds in each. Built-in cupboards.
2nd bathroom with Shower / toilet and basin.
* Please bring own bath and swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, fridge and deep freeze. Has all the essential items needed.
There is a dining room table and chairs, which leads into a lounge equipped with a TV (DSTV) - (Open plan)
The house is also equipped with a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board in a separate laundry room.
Braai facilities are available in the tranquil garden, and guests have access to a lock-up garage and security alarm system.
The beach is easily accessible by crossing the road.
This house is pet friendly to well trained dogs.
