This lovely house is located in Dolphins Creek Golf Resort Grootbrak just accross from the Island and Greatbrak River, very comfortable and stylish / modern self-catering home.
Enjoy nature at its best, within walking distance of the beach, near the swimming beach in Southern Cross and the Groot Brak lagoon where kids love to swim. It is 3min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about 1km from De Dekke centre.
There are 3 bedrooms in this house.
Main Bedroom: Equipped with a king size bed, and full on-suite bathroom with bath / shower and basin.
Second Bedroom: Queen size bed
Third bedroom: Single Bunker beds
There is a study that can be used as a fourth bedroom at an additional cost of R300 per day (Matrasses and bedding only)
Second bathroom: Bath / Shower / toilet and basin.
Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The kitchen and open living area is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and all essential utensils as well as dishwasher.
There is a braai room with a bar and television, open slide doors, opens to the beautiful garden.
DSTV (only specific channels) And Wifi included.
Garage available for 2 cars
Lovely fenched garden perfect for kids to play (unfortunately no pets allowed) - very safe area.
The house can comfortably sleep max 6 people and is available for holiday from 1 December 2023 to 5 January 2024 (15 days or more)
R3200 per day (minimum 15 days)
additional room R300 extra per day. (matrasses and bedding only)
50% Deposit to confirm your booking. The other 50% on arrival. We charge a R2500 breakage deposit and R800 cleaning fee.
The breakage deposit will be refunded after 7 days after departure.
