The house is child friendly and comprises 3 bedrooms. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms with access to the garden. 1 bedroom has a single pull-out bed as well as a double bed with access to a bathroom with bath, basin and a toilet. The other large bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite with a shower, toilet, and bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. This room opens onto a balcony with views of the ocean.

The holiday house comprises a kitchen and dining area downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, and a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. Adjoining the kitchen is a courtyard with a gas-braai facility.

The staircase in a double volume leads to the first-floor lounge/dining room with balcony overlooking Cape Town and Table Bay. Here you have access to DSTV with comfortable leather couches.

The house features a private garden adjoining the dune on the seafront. There is also an access garden next to the lock-up garage and a designated parking spot for guests. Guests have access to 1 of the nearby communal swimming pools in the estate. The estate is ideally situated within close proximity to restaurants, a bicycle path which runs all the way to Blouberg Beach and Melkbosstrand to the north, and the CBD to the south. The MyCiTi bus station is found near the estate. The beach is popular for surfing and kitesurfing.
