The home is ideal for both large families or corporate getaways, designed for entertainment and relaxing.
Sandbaai is just a few minutes’ drive from Hermanus CBD and two shopping centers, one of which is the new Whale Coast Mall, where there is a large variety of shops, including Checkers, Woolworths and Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, a deli, restaurants, etc.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 800.00 is due regardless of the length of stay
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages

STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R 1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke

The home consists of two spacious lounges leading onto large patios with 2 built-in BBQ's outside and plenty under cover parking behind remote controlled gates. Downstairs open plan with dining room, lounge and kitchen leading onto outside deck. Upstairs open plan lounge with TV and kitchenette leading onto another outside deck.The home has six bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
