Required:
National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Degree/ Diploma
Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies eg. IP PBX, Genesys, Asterisk
Comptia Linux+ Certification
Comptia Security+ Certification
Microsoft SQL Certification
LCP - Linux Certified Professional Required
Comptia A+ and N+ Certification
Comptia Server+ or Microsoft Server Certification Experience and Skills Required
VOIP / SIP
Network / Diagnostic / Wireshark
Windows Clustering
Backup and Recovery
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Windows Servers (2012, 2016 and 2019)
Linux (Ubuntu)
Helpdesk and SLA Experience (Min 5 years in Corporate or Managed Service Environment)
Problem Solving
Vmware Vsphere / ESXi Advantageous
Contact Centre Environments and Systems
Asterix, Nginx, FreePBX, Disaster Recovery, Risk Assessment, SonicWall Firewall
Firewall / Security Experience
Storage Systems Experience
