Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager in the Helderberg area to start working as soon as possible.

Duties:
Stock taking of air-conditioning units and materials weekly and monthly.
Issue of materials on a daily basis for the installation of aircons the next day.
Ordering of stock when stock gets below minimum quantity.
Issue of van stock in the morning for each team.
Issue of ducting stock for ducting teams.
Daily administration duties of filing paperwork and job cards.
Accepting deliveries from suppliers.
Returning of wrong deliveries and keeping track of current deliveries.
Collecting of stock when suppliers cannot deliver.
Responsible for everything coming and going in warehouse.
Making sure all teams leave on time to get to site.
Responsible for the assigning of units to customers.
Responsible for labeling of old units and storage units and safe keeping of them.
Responsible for all materials leaving the warehouse.
Creating own system.
Qualifications and experience needed:
Knowledge of air-conditioning units and materials used for air-conditioning installation and ducting beneficial.
Experience in the trade beneficial.
Must be a hands-on person who can perform physical work.
Must have good communication skills writing and speaking skills.
Must be responsible.
Must be able to solve problems.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
Computer literacy in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
WhatsApp (sending photos and emailing it).
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 7h30 – 17h30

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Market related salary offered (negotiable).
