Cold Store Supervisor (Queenstown)

Cold Store Supervisor required for company in the FMCG industry based in Queenstown to oversee all activities involved in the storage of items on the cold store. You will also be responsible for running, directing and monitoring a team of workers to ensure efficient running of goods in cold storage and ensure a smooth flow of cold store orders received and dispatched.Responsibilities:Receive and dispatch ordersManage goods received voucher (GRV) stockMonitor stock rotation and levelsManage and supervise cold store department staff and provide trainingEnsure effective communication with suppliers and customers relating to stockManage stock takesReview stock orders to determineAchieve maximum productivityRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG / wholesale industryValid driver’s license & own transportEnglish a must (Afrikaans and Xhosa will be advantageous)Must have had experience with good stock controls and stock rotationGood people skills, planning skills and problem-solving skillsAdvantageous to have knowledge of Eastern Cape for distributionMust be willing to be based in QueenstownShould you wish to apply please email your CV through to Tammi Johnson at recruiter2@profilepersonnel.co.zaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
