Main responsibilities:
Reception & switchboard duties
Assistance with logistical administration and arrangements (organising couriers, preparing pallets for deliveries etc.)
General administration and record keeping
Requirements:
Grade 12
General administrative experience
Above average computer skills (MS Office)
Accurate, detail orientated and thorough
Exceptional planning and organisational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
A market-related remuneration package, in accordance with qualifications and experience, will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
