Videographer/Digital Content Creator

An exciting position has opened at *Citton Cars* for a talented, multi-skilled content creator. This is an in-house position, and the candidate will be required to work on-premises between the Gezina and Menlyn showrooms, which are based in Pretoria. Our ideal *content creator candidate* must be resourceful, enthusiastic, energetic, willing to work hard, goal and deadline-driven and innovative. * A driver’s license and good driving skills. * Manage social media pages. * Great videography and photography skills and an eye for detail. * Advertise all cars on various platforms. * Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or similar) literate. * Multimedia literate – able to produce videos. * Able to make video and photo content. * Able to work efficiently, independently and produce great quality content, daily. * Willing to learn and able to handle critique. * Sense of urgency and be reliable – responsibilities and deadlines must be met. * Ability to deliver exceptional work within 1-day turnaround times. * Goal oriented, focused, positive and self-motivated. * Willing to work after hours and overtime, when required. * This position requires meticulous planning, persistence and endurance.   *The Citton Cars content creator will be responsible for the following tasks:* *Advertising* * Ensuring all stock is advertised correclty and promptly * Ensuring all photographs of adverts correct * Social media managment  * Newsletter creation   *Video production* * Create interesting video content of the cars * Film and produce testimonial and interview type content * Filming, Editing and Motion Graphics skills is essential.   *Graphic design* * Good creative design skills. * Ability to design content for social media, websites, banners etc.   *Taking car inventory photos* in the car photo booth. * Ensure that the car booth and floor is clean. * Drive and pull cars into the booth. * Get the car angle and lighting right. * Take photos according to a prescribed check list. * Produce great quality content within short time frames.   *Car photo editing* * Edit, resize, touch up car photos * Load car photos on the website and other platforms * Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or similar) skills are essential *Requirements* * Diploma or degree in photography, visual communication, information design, graphic design, video production/editing or similar is essential. * Minimum one years’ experience as a content creator. * A portfolio of your work must be presented to showcase your talent and skills. * Creative Talent, interest in and aptitude for creating content according to briefs. * Strong, multi-faceted creative skills with the ability to multi-task. * Great planning and communication skills – able to work independently and with a team. * Three references * Copy of your degree or diploma certificate * Copy of your ID * Copy of your drivers license
