Supply Planner (EE)

Cape Town - Newly created role with core focus leading the Supply Planning Portfolio for all the SA based sites. Own the Demand Fulfillment and Customer service for Third party suppliers. Reports to: Supply Chain Manager - SAJob SpecificationBalanced monthly supply plans for a cluster of plants with a high focus on analyticsReviewing of the new demand/forecast from all zones/ NPLs, AVDs Ensure preparation of a NRP PlanRCCP plan for 6-12 monthSupply planning for third party portfolioAccountable for the supplies for the SA markets from all 3P manufacturing clustersDrive risk mitigation actions and long terms issue resolutions for SA markets coordinating the manufacturing, QA, and regulatory stakeholders along with the demand teamResponsible for the daily and quarterly supply tracking activities for the marketSupply S&OP - Schedule and lead cyclical meetings with the manufacturing locationsDemand and Supply Handover meeting (knowledge of SAP is must)Own the monthly Supply S&OPDrive and run weekly with the manufacturing and other technical headsLead and drive issue resolutions for products for ensuring the business objectives and supply chain KPI are achievedCoordinate with cross-functional teams in QA, Mfg, Business, sourcing to ensure the issues are resolved at the earliestOptimal cost and inventory managementDeliver the FG Inventory TargetDeliver the C/A Target for PlantsInventory AnalyticsMonitor the excess inventory and inventory turns to ensure those cost inefficiencies are under control as per agreed normsEnsure efficient capacity utilizations with proper balancingManage inventory and working capital levels for entire SA based sitesPlan and strategies supply chain for all territories within the SA region Minimum RequirementsEducational qualifications: MBA in SCM/Operations with a degree in B Tech./ B Pharma/ B.SC / B. ComWorking knowledge of SAP - NON-negotiable3 - 6 yrs. of experience in supply chain planningExp in Pharma industry is desirable though not mandatoryNumerical ability, analyticalMicrosoft ExcelDecision- making skillsTechnical methods and frameworks
