Some flexibility to attend calls with clients/colleagues in other time zones *Job level* Consultant (T2) or Senior Consultant (T3), depending on experience *Nationality* SA Citizen *Language* Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Afrikaans *Travel* Limited *Key Competencies* SAP Payroll Consultant with 3+ years implementation experience Ability to execute the full SAP Payroll implementation project, from Blueprint and Implementation to Test and Go-live, ongoing support. Must have some experience with global / multi-national payroll implementation projects   *Required Skills* SAP Payroll configuration (Payroll Schema and Rules)   *Advantageous Skills* ABAP HR programming experience (e.g., payroll reports or payroll functions) SAP Time Management Configuration SAP SF Employee Central configuration   *Qualifications* Relevant IT or B-degree preferable; IT or HR diploma would also be considered SAP Certifications (HCM, Payroll, SAP SF, ABAP) would be advantageous, but not essential   *Other Competencies* Problem solving and logical thinking Eager and quick to learn, self-teach and continue to a deep level of understanding Attention to detail Positive attitude High quality deliverables Highly dependable Teamwork and communication skills Monthly market related salary
