The Role:
Essential function:
To represent NEXTEC in selling its Electronic Security solutions nationally, in order to implement sales strategy and ensure client satisfaction.
To manage and co-ordinate all sales activities with regards to new business growth and customer retention within the customer baseÂ
Develop an effective client strategy as per the RFT and KAM methodologyÂ
Formally review and communicate the client strategy to the relevant parties in alignment with NEXTECâ??s standards
Monitor progress against the client strategy on an ongoing basis
Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
Determine the sales approach(es) likely to be the most effective for different products and market segments, in accordance with the RFT methodology
Effectively manage the sales activities to meet agreed targets and objectives within the agreed budgets
New Clients - Create, identify and respond to opportunities for providing products and services
Grow the existing client base by upselling
Provide and design solutions based on extensive needs analysis of clientsâ?? business needs and requirements.
Negotiate with client representatives, on both technical and commercial issues, to reach mutually acceptable terms for appropriate forms of sales agreementsÂ

CRM exposure and experience
Solid understanding of sales metricsÂ
Product or Technical or Pre-sales experience
Understanding of Fire, Suppression, Intrusion, Workforce Management and Estate management
Profession selling skill sets â?? Ability to present and negotiate at EXCO level for high end customer base and large corporates

Inspector to join our team in the Jacobs, Durban and Richards Bay areas. This
position is based in RICHARDS BAY but will require occasional visits to our
head office in Jacobs, Durban.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be
responsible for performing inspections of industrial coatings in accordance
with NACE standards. This includes surface preparation, application, and curing
processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting inspections of surface preparation and coating
application processes.
Documenting inspection results and maintaining records.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality
standards.
Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues that arise
during the coating process.
Qualifications:
NACE Level 1 Certification is required.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Excel and MS office skills.
