Requirements
5 Years'' experience and knowledge of the gear industry / rotating equipment is essential
Proven sales track record
Duties
To generate sales / order intake in order to meet annual budget
To meet sales objectives, negotiate and close contracts
To achieve required Shipped Contribution margin on sales generated
To assist the finance team in collection of cash from customers
To ensure the correct selection of product for the required application
To carry out product training to customers and generation of sales growth from existing and new customers specifically in new equipment
To carry out feasibility studies and generation of new sales leads and conversion thereof
To manage and monitor live sales proposals i.e. Sales Force (SFDC)
To liaise with sales, operations, engineering and finance on aspects of final order negotiation and hand over to operations
To create accurate forecasting of future order input using the pipeline on SFDC and Accurate maintenance of CRM on SFDC
Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
To ensure corporate policies are adhered too
Any other reasonable instruction as directed by your Manager
