Also performing sophisticated excel calculations, such as dummy payslips and payroll reports.All the dimensions of technical training like needs analysis, vendor selection and MerSETA claimbacksDeveloping BEE people plan, and ensuring alignment to itAdvantageous: Automotive Tier 1 Manufacturing experiencePersonality Summary:High Administrative - Good with procedures, processes and best practices.Moderate Analytical - Strong with analysis, metrics, data and fact based decision making.Moderate Driver - Ambitious, Results Orientated Go-getter.
