Description
This role calls for an HR professional that will be responsible for the following
Staffing and recruiting of employees and employment contracts in creating new employee personal files
Managing new enrolments and terminations in the system
Updating employee leave days in the system VIP
Managing compensation and benefits by conducting reports, biweekly payroll, and record-keeping
Training and developing employees
Investigating and assisting in resolving industrial disputes and grievances in the workplace
Facilitating meetings and employee counselling sessions
Coordinating employee wellness and drafting health and safety minutes of meetings
Dealing with CCMA issues, Labour disputes, and Bargaining Council
The ideal candidate has the following
Degree in Human Resources
SAGE-VIP
Extensive knowledge of HR-related legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE)
Extensive experience in Payroll
