Description
You will be responsible for the following duties:
Drafting of employment contracts and creating new employee personal file
Managing new enrolments and terminations in the system
Updating and monitor employee leave days in the System VIP
Conducting biweekly payroll
Exporting relevant reports
Filling and record keeping
Ensuring that time sheets are properly authorised
Employment Equity compliance
BBEEE support during audit
Investigating and assisting in resolving industrial disputes and grievances in the workplace
Representing the company at hearings when necessary
Drafting and filing Health and Safety minutes of the meeting
Taking necessary actions to manage conflict, both internal and external
The ideal candidate has:
Degree in HR or equivalent
3 years experience
SAGE VIP
Sound knowledge of HR related legislation
Experience in dealing with CCMA issues
