DurbanQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE• Matric (Essential)• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/ Cost & Management Accounting (Essential)• Honours Degree in Accounting/Certificate in Theory of Accounting/CIMA (Advantageous)• SAICA articles (Essential) or CA (SA) (Advantageous)• 2 years in a Managerial role• 3 years relevant experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• To ensure that Finance Department plans are in place and executed in line with the organisation's strategies and objectives.• To oversee the management reporting functions in order to provide accurate information on the performance of the company.• To prepare/review business Plans and quotations for all new business and capex applications for the company.• To monitor and manage the companies Inventory to ensure efficient management of stock.• To oversee the preparation of Form C1 Declaration and submit accordingly• To calculate all Royalties payable and submission for audit• To calculate all Incentives receivable and submission for audit• To create annual budgets and forecast on expenses and profits to provide guidance on anticipated results as well as comparison of actual results versus updated budgets that take current market conditions into account.• To accurately estimate standard pricing by designing and maintaining costing/pricing systems.BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES• Must have the ability to manage people and must be self-motivated• Above average communication skills (verbal & written)• Must have above average problem assessment and analysing skills• Must be able to plan and organise information and monitor the same• Be able to pay attention to detail and work under pressure• Good flexibility skills in adapting to pressure• A display of confidence and a positive attitude• Good teamwork abilities• Be a proactive and hands on in dealing with operational concernsMarket related package with confirmed bonus, medical aid, pension and cellphone
