Description
Our client is looking for an Electrician to join their team.
Carry out inspections as per preventative maintenance schedule
Report any discrepancies to the maintenance supervisor and raise corrective action job cards
Complete ad hoc repairs and maintenance
Ensure machinery is able to function safely
Ensure spare parts requested timeously
Ensure all tools are handled and maintained with care
Conduct fault finding on equipment
Ensure maximum availability of equipment and utilities
Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of preventative maintenance plans
Assist with daily start-ups and mandatory start up checks
Complete all repairs to the correct engineering standards, timeously and safely
Assist fellow artisans where needed
Ownership of assigned area
Interaction with suppliers and basic spares management
Panel building
CMMS administration
Raising and closing of job cards
Assisting with training documents and operator training
Comply with the necessary Occupational health and Safety requirements
Ensure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest control
Participate in personal hygiene checks
