Doorman Job at Flats in Observatory

Are you a dependable and attentive individual? We're looking for someone just like you to fill this integral role in our community. As a Doorman, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring safety, security, and the seamless functioning of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents and visitors warmly as they enter and exit the building.

Monitor surveillance cameras and maintain awareness of the surroundings.

Assist with package deliveries and ensure they reach the intended recipients.

Enforce building policies and regulations in a courteous manner.

Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or disturbances.

Collaborate with building management to address any concerns or issues.

Shift Availability:

Shifts available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Minimum of 3-4 shifts per week.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.

Prior experience in security or customer service preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

Basic rate
