Minimum requirements:

HR Qualification will be an advantage
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as HR Administrator
Knowledge of relevant legislation including but not limited to LRA, BCEA, OHSA, EE, POPIA, SARS, BBEEE and UIF
Experience in the management of SDL, Employment Equity, Worksman's Compensation and administration of provident funds
Payroll administration
Trade Unions negotiations will be an advantage
Knowledge of Agriseta would be advantageous
