Service Technician - Catering & Refrigeration Equipment

We require a commercial kitchen equipment service technician that can troubleshoot and repair Hospitality / restaurant industrial equipment such as Ovens, Fridges, Stoves, Dishwashers and other related appliances.

Your repairs skills should include :

Electrical (multi-meter, etc)

Gas

Refrigeration

Mechanical

(N5-6 Electrical, N5-6 Mechanical, ACCRA Refrigeration etc is a big plus)

Other skills:

Communicating with other team members and other food industry professionals and making sure cooking appliances work properly.

Monitor spare parts stock, enquiring prices from suppliers

Work well with a team

Experience:

• 2-3 years of suitable relevant experience in this field

Other requirements :

• Valid drivers permit
• PDP
• Matric Certificate
• Own transport to work and back
• Should reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
• English and Afrikaans speak and literate

Job Type: Full-time pending a 2-3 month probation period

Salary: +- R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month with incentives to discuss once permanently employed

License/Certification:

• Drivers Permit (Required)
