Grafton Everest couches in perfect structural/mechanical and stuffing/internal seating materials/foam - just synthetic damage and 1 puncture / 1 noticeable tear in the leather. Only cleaned with a damp cloth and treated with Dubbin leather care (never any chemicals or abrasives)
Will come with Full couch COVERS (black) in as new condition! (worth R3000)

These amazing couches are superbly comfortable and in perfect working condition, they just require some slight leather restoration - it can be restored by Grafton Everest or Tafelberg Furnishers OR used as is in a braai room or 2nd tv room with the covers on. Was purchased at about R30k a few years ago - NOW only asking R15000.00 for the full SET! Please take note, this asking price takes repair costs into consideration. Black Couch covers will also be included - in as new condition (Cost/worth R3000 new)
Reason for sale: We dont have the time to get it restored and want to change the look of our lounge with a replacement suite on this sale.

This exquisite luxuriously comfortable Simmonds Palladium King size bed is also Extra lenght in size and is available @ only R11 000 OR with 2x bases included @ R12900.00. Very high end quality soft materials and specialized coils so that even the roughest twists and turns of your partner will not disturb your side of the bed - as the coils move individually! Such a sad sale - due to family immigrating overseas. Bed only needs a good steam cleaning as it has some coffee and tea stains and will be a bit dusty from storage, but otherwise an absolute BARGAIN BUY!! Only selling at this price as we do not have time to get it cleaned nor space to properly dry it. Will look good as new after the steam cleaning - for years of benefit and enjoyment on your part - probably the last bed you will ever buy in your lifetime! Furniture was too expensive to transport overseas and storage fees proves too costly over time.
