HACCP and Food Safety Management ISO 22000 understanding and FSSC 22000 Quality Assurance and Quality Control.. Performing packhouse quality assurance and quality control processes during production of all fruit products and vegetable products from intake to dispatch. Ensure that all measuring equipment used to monitor critical control points, product safety, quality and legality are identified and suitably controlled, calibrated and verified at the required frequencies. To record, investigate, analyze and correct the cause of major non-conformities in case of product rejection against standards, specifications and procedures critical to product safety, legality and quality and to avoid recurrence of similar incidents through Corrective Action Report. Managing and reporting on quality by analyzing all information derived from growers, packhouse and market arrival feedback I have close to two years of experience working on a production line/ warehouse, where I gained extensive knowledge of both quality control and quality assurance activities in accordance with the FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 standard. I am familiar with using statistics, charts and a variety of computer programs to analyze data related to the products. I also have excellent record keeping skills with the ability to write reports in a clean and concise manner so the company can take the proper steps to correct the issue.
