Applicants must have an income between R3000 and R6000 per month and be between 60 and 75 years of age, be fully independent and self-sufficient and not require any help what-so-ever. The common areas like lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, garden etc as well as chores are shared with seven other retired residents.
